Meet the SLP
Hello, my name is Stephanie Thompson. I am an accomplished Speech Language
Pathologist and Executive Functions Consultant with over 15 years of extensive expertise. I have a national certification with ASHA and maintain licensure in North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. I received my Bachelors of Science in Communication Science and Disorders from University of Florida in 2003. I received my Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology from East Carolina University in 2007.
Throughout my career, I have developed a solid foundation in helping people reach their fullest potential in all areas of school and life. Most people learn better when they understand the why. And the biggest why they want to know is why they can or cannot do things. By starting with the basics and moving slowly and consistently, everyone can show what they know!

One-on-One Therapy
Our One-on-one therapy sessions provide personalized instruction to help learn the basic skills that are involved with executive functioning. Executive Dysfunction is not about what you know but about how you show it. My goal is to ensure that everyone has the ability to demonstrate their skills in every aspect of their daily lives.
Coaching and Consulting
Coaching and Consulting is a service offered by Know and Show Solutions that helps people and their support systems decrease the frustrations in their home for everyone involved. This group-based service provides people with knowledge about executive functioning, with skills and strategies to improve it, and an overall happier home atmosphere.
